Xperia-Duos is another custon Rom option for Galaxy y duos’ (gt-s6102) lover , other custom Rom available are TechnoDUOS with its various versions , But if you want yore phone to look stylish and different from other you can go for this new Custom Rom , it also includes its Kernel and there is no need to flash kernel separately ,xda thread.
If this is your first rom , you can follow this guide .

ITS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE NANDROID BACKUP OF PREVIOUS ROM BEFORE INSTALLING IT.
DO IT FIRST:
1.First download Rom and download the fix given below.
2. Downlosd 3rd File patch “ settings.apk” copy it on desktop .
3.Now open the package of xperia-duos.zip in winzip/7-zip file manager, and go to /system/app and drag the settings.apk from the desktop in the archive, it may ask you to overwrite something then say yes. Now you have a rom ready to be flashed.
Now follow this :
1: Once you have downloaded the files, connect your phone to computer in USB storage mode and transfer all 2 files to root of your SD card.
2: Enable USB debugging and shut down the phone. Now, start your Galaxy Y Duos in CWM recovery mode.
3: Select the option “Wipe data/Factory reset” and execute it using the power button. Once complete, select “Wipe Cache partition”.
4: Now, you can go ahead and install the ROM. select “+++Go Back+++” and choose “install from zip card”. This time select the file “Xperia for Duos.zip”.
5: Now, you have to install patch. select “+++Go Back+++” and choose “install from zip card”. This time select the file “UOT-07-14-12-42-2.zip”.
6: It will take few minutes for the new ROM to install. Once done, select the “+++Go Back+++” option and select “Reboot system now”.
